The problem is, in our 20 years of investment management service, we have yet to identify even one approach that places short-term results at the fore and has outperformed over the long run. Success stories come and go with each market cycle. In today's information-heavy world, they typically do so with a commotion similar to the calling of the mythological Sirens.
